Purchase Order Information for Student Motivation Course

Hello there! Thank you for your interest in submitting a purchase order for the Student Motivation Course. Purchase orders are as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Email me at dave@davestuartjr.com, and I'll send you my W-9. (Districts often need this vendor information before they can process a PO.)
2. Email me again at dave@davestuartjr.com, this time with the PO. As soon as I receive this, I count you as registered.
3. I'll email back an invoice with the PO number included, and that invoice will contain however many unique registration codes you purchased.
